I like Dr. Lada Sloan. She answers my questions & is direct. Her nurse was wonderful & gives shots well. They moved the lab into their office which I like much better. It was a quick service & the lady was very good at taking blood.

I was with Dr. Richard's for over 30 years and was sad when he retired, but Dr. Sloane is wonderful. Very easy to communicate with and very positive and upbeat. I felt like all my concerns were addressed and solutions found. Her nurse has a great personality as well. I love that my labs were taken immediately and I got the results the next Day.

- The medical providers talked with me before the procedure. Any questions or concerns were addressed. - The nursing staff was kind and empathetic. The IV tech was quick and the process was basically painless - Special accessible needs were addressed appropriately - The process was quick and the physician spoke with me again in recovery

My Dr. James E Conley is the Best 😊 as well as his staff , they always have been. Any time I need a medical question asked I make a phone call , his staff gets him the message and he contacts me right back and answers what I need and gives me what I need to get better. Thanks Dr. Conley and thanks staff. If ever you need a Dr. who truly cares about there patients, he is the one . If you ever need to go to a hospital that has great doctors and caring staff Ascension St. Thomas Midtown is the place 😊 Sheila Milan

Promptly went back to the exam room, the nurse was polite and and listened to my question and answers to her questions. Dr Coil listened and prescribed what he believes will help and if it doesn't to promptly call to let him know so we can try something else.

I have nothing bad to say about my first experience seeing Dr Woueters very throughly and took the time to talk to me about everything I was dealing with and I was in and out and even had blood work taken and that process was amazing barely felt the needle. So I had an amazing experience in my visit and would recommend to anyone definitely a five star plus experience!!!!

I saw a new doctor for the first time in 40 years. Dr. Lada Sloan. I really liked her a lot. I was very nervous going in after my regular doctor had retired but she put me at ease immediately.

I was very disheartened by the lack of communication in this office. Two months prior I scheduled an appointment for a service that was listed under the doctor’s specialties. I found the doctor through insurance and was surprised when I got to my appt to find out that he did not perform the procedure I specifically described on one of my patient intake forms. I wasn’t made aware of this until I was in my appointment and was given a referral to a doctor who didn’t take my insurance. I understand that some information may be missed several months out, however there should be systems in place when confirming appointments a few days/weeks before that gives patient’s the ability to confirm one last time of the services they’re requesting. My time was wasted and it was upsetting.
